We all benefit from it. Now here’s your chance to help the John Deere Classic show why it’s the Quad Cities’ premier charity event of the year ($6.33 million raised in 2014) and why the PGA TOUR gave the John Deere Classic its "Most Engaged Community” award three of the last five years.
Volunteers are the lifeblood of this effort and the John Deere Classic needs more. So, as a leading company in the area we are asking for your help. Put together a team of 7-15 people to serve as marshals for a day. Marshals are the largest group of volunteers and are responsible for spotting golf balls and providing gallery control.
Simply provide a $25 shirt to each member of your team and allow them to take time off work, and you can have a huge impact on the tournament’s success. Companies who participate will be recognized on the tee signs of the holes they work that day. Tens of thousands of spectators will see your name and recognize your contribution.
Remember, the tournament is broadcast to 350 million households in 200 countries - what better opportunity to show off the Quad Cities?
