The video was inspired by one of our employees. Over the last couple of years, the media has painted police, in some respects, in a negative light. That employee just wanted to show what he sees in police officers. It’s all about humanizing the badge. Police officers are more than just enforcers of the law. It puts an emphasis on our philosophy of community policing. We are a part of the community.

We are empowering all of our people to think outside the box and think of different ways to solve problems. Law enforcement is our primary mission, but we’re trying to find ways to prevent crime, thinking outside the box to reduce the amount of crime so we don’t have to arrest as much. The community wants to be crime free, so we’re taking up different efforts in ways we’ve never explored before.
