What We Do

The Quad Cities Chamber works to strengthen and enhance the business environment, represent the interests of our members and foster balanced growth in the Quad Cities region.

Our vision is to be the preeminent advocate for business and catalyst for economic growth in the Quad Cities region.

The Chamber advances the Quad Cities community by focusing resources on economic development, advocacy, workforce attraction and development, the Rock Island Arsenal and member resources--to name a few.

Economic Development

We work closely with local businesses to help them with any expansion needs. In addition, we actively market the Quad Cities region across the country, from California to New York, Texas to Des Moines, and more.

Advocacy

Maintaining a business-friendly climate is essential to growing our economy. We work closely with elected officials at the local, state and federal levels advocating for policies that will help our local business community. We host annual trips to Des Moines and Springfield, attend legislative forums, and keep our members informed of potential policy changes requiring action.

Rock Island Arsenal

The Rock Island Arsenal is a significant asset to our community, and the Chamber actively pursues opportunities to grow businesses on and around the Arsenal. We work closely with the Arsenal to help connect Quad Cities businesses to government contracting opportunities.

Member Resources

The Quad Cities Chamber provides networking opportunities, cost-effective advertising, professional development seminars and more to help our members flourish.

Workforce Attraction and Development

The Network: Young Professionals of the Quad Cities is an initiative of the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce. The Network works hard to retain young professionals in our community by offering professional development, networking and community engagement opportunities to the 3,000+ young professionals already engaged.

We also work closely with local educational institutions and businesses to align the workforce needs of our businesses to the training programs provided by our colleges and universities.
